GET STRONGER. FEEL BETTER.
LIVE LONGER.
Good Health – Better Medicine is a consultative medical practice offering personalized, physiology-focused care for women. Led by Dr. Stacey Good, the practice blends evidence-based medicine with whole-person insight to support health, performance, and long-term wellbeing.
A PHYSIOLOGY-BASED MEDICAL PRACTICE
Individualized healthcare that meets you where you are with a physician who walks alongside you on your journey.
Navigating the complex medical system can be stressful and overwhelming. Dr. Good works with active, health-conscious women providing individualized healthcare that helps them stay healthy, active, and strong as they age.
Medicine should not operate in isolation. Just as the body’s biological systems are interconnected, healthcare should be too. Dr. Good’s approach integrates key factors—such as childhood history, nutrition, fitness, sleep, mental health, and daily routine—by dedicating time to craft a personalized healthcare plan.
CONCIERGE ACCESS
Urgent need? You’ll have direct, ongoing access to a board-certified emergency medicine physician who already knows you and is ready to support you.
WOMEN-CENTERED
Inclusive and empowering care designed with a full-spectrum understanding of your unique history, lifestyle, and needs, ensuring you receive the best care possible.
PHYSIOLOGY-FOCUSED
Care tailored to your physiology. You’re not defined by a diagnosis; your body, genetics, lifestyle, and stress all play a role in your health and wellness.
PRECISION SUPPORT
Whether you’re optimizing energy, rebuilding strength, or pushing for peak performance, you’ll receive expert medical care that aligns with your goals and supports long-term health.
AN ABEM-CERTIFIED PHYSICIAN
MEET DR. STACEY GOOD
I am an Emergency Medicine physician and Chief Medical Officer at Bonner General Health. After serving in the US Army, my family and I relocated to Sandpoint, ID in 2017. A lifelong athlete, I played Division I soccer in college, competed in CrossFit during medical training, and now focus on Ironman races. As a mother of two young boys and wife to another physician, I continue to prioritize health and wellbeing.
Throughout my career, I’ve grown frustrated with the limitations of our healthcare system, particularly in providing adequate care for women. The standard 20-minute appointments fail to offer the comprehensive care we deserve. With a strong background in human physiology and evidence-based medicine, I am committed to offering a personalized, thorough approach to healthcare that better addresses women’s needs.

“Women are not small men.”
— Dr. Stacy Sims

A MEMBERSHIP-BASED PRACTICE
MORE THAN A VISIT:
A RELATIONSHIP
An exclusive medical practice led by a physician-athlete, offering a personalized, evidence-based approach to health, wellness, and long-term goals.
Through meticulous evaluations and precision diagnostics, your care plan is built around your unique genetics, physiology, and personal story — using lifestyle strategies, high-purity supplements, and, when appropriate, targeted pharmaceutical interventions.
By breaking free from the symptom–test–diagnosis–medication cycle that defines conventional medicine, we stop treating isolated symptoms and can examine the complete picture of our health.
Questions & Answers
-
Dr. Good thrives with motivated patients who see health as an investment. They want to be active and thrive in whatever stage of life they are in, but desire the medical expertise to guide them and individualize their care to maximize their health potential.
-
We’d love to connect and share more about what this practice entails. Feel free to schedule a consultative call so we can talk through the details together.
-
Physiology, medicine, and women’s health have long been viewed separately, but bringing them together is still a relatively new approach. Women’s health has historically been underserved. Dr. Good’s mission is to improve care by helping women understand how their bodies work and how to age well with care that’s based on how the body naturally functions.
-
Prior to your first consultation, you will receive multiple questionnaires and health record requests that Dr. Good will review before your visit. During your consultation, you will undergo Precision Hydration Sweat Testing, InBody 770 body water and composition testing, a global assessment of your health status, and outline your health-related goals.
-
The advantage of a direct care practice is you get to decide how often to check in and set appointments. The membership levels vary from a minimum of six appointments per year up to unlimited access to your physician. After the initial assessment, and using shared decision-making, a customized plan will be created for you and your health goals.
-
An in-person appointment is necessary at some point for membership, but we can work with you. Telehealth and phone check-ins are part of our packages and are also available for single consult visits.
-
A multidisciplinary approach is essential in medicine. Dr. Good will collaborate with your current team of physicians to tailor a plan just for you.
-
We offer a variety of membership options and will work with you to find the best fit for your needs and goals. Visit our contact page to schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation — we’d love to connect with you!
-
As a direct-access, consultant-based practice, we do not bill health insurance. However, you are welcome to request a superbill and submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement.
-
Monthly payments are an option, however a patient must commit to at least one year of membership. The initial consultation fee must be paid in full.
-
Care Credit will be available as a payment option in the near future. Please feel free to contact us for more information or updates as they become available.
-
Depending on the membership plan a patient chooses, urgent (and emergent consultative) care may be included. As a board-certified ER physician, Dr. Good has the expertise to determine what requires immediate attention and can address the issue quickly.
-
You’ll have direct access to your physician, without the time constraints and communication barriers typical of conventional practices. This fosters a more personalized, ongoing engagement in your care.
